We have invested heavily in bespoke support management application software and CRM called 'inspire', enabling our support centre staff to quickly decide on the most efficient resolution to a customer’s request for assistance for their telephone system or copier/MFD issues. It also enables us to report on all performance aspects of any of our customer’s equipment and provides a complete site history of the equipment.
Our service team makes every effort to resolve technical issues at the initial visit and we can even provide remote access support without the need to attend the customer’s premises. Our average attendance time from placement of request is less than four hours, and combined with our 'first time fix' success we have an impressive collection of statistics that make our Customers confident that they receive an extremely high level of support
To ensure our customers are happy with our claims of high level service, our technical support and performance are also continuously assessed through a customer satisfaction survey.
Maintenance Contract:
Service and maintenance are critical aspects to be considered while purchasing a copier. Depending on the workload, the copier may undergo a lot of "wear and tear" over a period of time. Regular servicing and maintenance ensure your copier delivers its capabilities to the optimum at all times. It is important to compare service contracts before deciding the most favorable one.
Services offered:
Cost-per-copy service ( TG ):The service charges are based on the number of copies made. The service covers parts, supplies and maintenance. Low volumes are charged a monthly fee or in addition to the cost per copy.
Annual Maintenance Contract ( AMC-C ):In case the warranty on Somnet product has expired, customer can still enjoy the comfort of Somnet Service by purchasing an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Pack. This will enable Somnet to take responsibility for the upkeep of the system for the period of the AMC. All the defective spares except supplies will be replaced free of cost during the contract period. All the benefits of Warranty Extension Pack apply to AMC as well. However, the Warranty Extension Pack is offered at a much attractive price.
Annual Maintenance Contract Non Comprehensive ( AMC-NC ):In case the warranty on Somnet product has expired, customer can still enjoy the comfort of Somnet Service by purchasing an AMC ( Annual Maintenance Contract Non Comprehensive ) Pack. This will enable Somnet to take responsibility for the upkeep of the system for the period of the AMC. All the defective spares and supplies will be purchased by the customer during the contract period.
